SHIPPING INFORMATION

We try our best to ship out within 2 business days.

 

PRICES ARE IN $AUD!

$10 Shipping + Signature on all orders within Australia.

$15 Express Ship + Signature within Australia.

$40 International Shipping. (We know it's a bit much but bare with us it's just for safety and also so you get your package ASAP. International Shipping is protected with the insurance and signature on delivery.)

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

All packages are sent via AusPost. It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent by contacting us via email (knowmorestore@gmail.com). If your order has been sent, the products will need to be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels attached at your own cost in order to process a return. The freight portion/s will not be refunded. 

Each KNOWMORE. product is quality checked before it leaves our hands.  If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (eg. wrong product/missing items), please contact us via email (knowmorestore@gmail.com). Please include your order number and photos, as well as any details that may help the investigation in your email. 

ALL ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE DATE.

Please be aware that customers outside of Australia, may incur additional customs duties or taxes or other customs requirements. Any such customs duties or taxes may be significant and so please ensure you confirm the position before placing your order. We are not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes or requirements, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties or taxes or non-compliance, and we will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
